A flexible design of test portals and test setups can be carried out using the clamping plates from FORM+TEST. The main task of the clamping plate is to close the flow of forces between the test object and the test frame - this means that the hall floor remains basically load-free. Only the weight forces and the permissible floor loads in the laboratory have to be observed.
The clamping plates of the ASP type are usually designed as T-slot plates. Since the clamping plates are not stationary, they can be set up later in the laboratory or the installation location can be changed. The plates are specially designed for use and equipped with appropriate vibration isolators.
A special feature, in addition to the special internal structure of the plate, is the possibility of designing it in several parts and then expanding it later if necessary, which provides maximum flexibility. In addition, this saves transport costs in particular.
