The clamping plate at the University of Rostock was designed for the construction of a dynamic, multi-axis test bench. The welded construction has the highest rigidity with the lowest possible weight. The special hybrid design already results in internal vibration damping. In conjunction with the low-frequency air springs, the vibrations are almost completely isolated from the hall foundation. The active level control always compensates for imbalances caused by large masses. The clamping plate was designed in several parts and can be expanded again if necessary. This ensures optimal flexibility for future testing tasks.
