Digital Maintenance reimagined with BasicMaint and SmartMaint

With BasicMaint and SmartMaint, FORM+TEST provides a powerful digital solution for the modern maintenance of your hydraulic power unit. Our digital assistance systems help you to transparently monitor machine conditions, efficiently plan maintenance activities, and sustainably reduce downtime – without any intervention in your existing IT infrastructure.

BasicMaint , the digital maintenance assistant, provides all relevant information in one central location. Machine conditions can be reviewed retrospectively for up to 24 months, technical documentation is available at any time and maintenance intervals are automatically monitored in accordance with the maintenance schedule. A chronological service logbook clearly documents all measures and is designed to be accessible both for your internal maintenance team and for FORM+TEST service technicians.

SmartMaint,  the digital condition manager, goes one step further: Through continuous monitoring of predefined parameters – such as oil pressure, oil volume, or other signals that were previously difficult to measure – the system automatically detects undesirable developments. Intelligent, condition-based smart alerts provide early warning of deviations so that measures can be taken proactively.
A clear status dashboard shows the current processing status of error messages at any time – from “in progress” to “scheduled.” Regular status reports create additional transparency and planning reliability.
The advantages are obvious: Remote inspections reduce work in unpleasant or difficult-to-access environments, manual analyses are no longer necessary, and downtime is significantly reduced. Thanks to proactive notification, FORM+TEST is ideally informed before a failure occurs – no active contact from your side is necessary. This saves time, reduces travel costs, and sustainably increases the availability of your machines.
