Universal Test Machine UP 2000-500 S

Tensile, compression and bending tests each according to accessories. Strength test – fatigue strength under fluctuating stresses with centric initial load / compression rupture test / lateral resistance test for the load, displacement or deformation control – depending on the level of attachments – in the closed loop of the servo-hydraulic with a max. test frequency of 5 Hz

Specimens

  • Elastomer bearings
  • concrete cubes
  • concrete cylinders
  • plates

Standard

  • DIN 4141 "Bearings in the building trade" – Testing reinforced and unreinforced elastomer bearings
  • DIN EN 12390-3, Issue: 2002-04 Testing hardened concrete - Part 3: Compression strength of specimen test pieces

Accuracy

  • Class 1, according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1, DIN EN 10 002-2

Size

  • testing strength (compression) max.: 2 000 kN
  • testing strength (tensile) max. 500 kN
  • freely selectable

Configuration

  • Drive station AS-C20 – for the automatic load, displacement or deformation control –depending on level of attachments - in the closed loop of the servo-hydraulic
  • Pressure plates machined on all sides, surface-ground, hardened. Upper pressure plate spherically mounted for an inclined position of up to 3°.
  • Bending table (max. 500 kN) machined on the support surface and fitted with a T-slot in which the two bending bearings can be adjusted.

Options and Accessories

  • grip heads for tensile tests
  • hydr. adjustment / clamping the upper cross-head
  • connection provided for more test machines
  • test software „PROTEUS“ for controlling test with measurement logging and data storage
