Dynamic testing systems of various designs are used to test material fatigue / fatigue strength on materials and components. It is important that the components are designed to be fatigue-resistant in order to be able to massively counteract the cyclic loads in such fatigue tests and endurance tests. For the conception we make use of our modular system.
Depending on requirements, countless variants in stages up to 10 MN are possible.
For testing structural components and assemblies. The T-slot plate allows an uncomplicated mounting and alignment of the test piece. With the hydraulically height-adjustable crosshead, the test cylinder can be quickly adjusted to different height requirements.

Test frame with a nominal load of 250 kN.Due to the height-adjustable, pivoted cross-head individual test-bench setups can be easily realized. The hydrostatic 250 kN test cylinder is fed by a super-silent hydraulic aggregate. Individual test sequences and operating load simulations can be generated by means of the multi-channel controller and the test software.
For use according to respective application for static and dynamic testing of materials and components as an individual test cylinder or in combination with a test frame or test portal. Particularly suitable for applications above 5 Hz with very low amplitudes and high lateral forces.
