The EM series universal testing machine with a maximum test force of 200 kN was designed and manufactured together with Craemer GmbH to meet their specific requirements for testing large components with a large but also small overall height. The EM series concept means that the test chamber height can be continuously adjusted from 0 mm to 2000 mm. The drive is extremely energy-efficient, especially for tests with a constant holding time over a longer period of time, and can reliably and precisely maintain the required test force.

“Our name, our brands and our products stand for the highest quality”, says Daniel Altenseuer, Quality Manager at Craemer GmbH, headquarters of the internationally active Germany-based Craemer Group.
“To ensure a consistent high quality of our plastics and metal products, continuous testing with high-performance test facilities is of utmost importance”.
Key characteristics of Craemer plastic pallets, large load carriers such as pallet boxes, plastic containers and wheeled waste bins are their strength and high stability, bending stiffness, reliable break resistance and dimensional stability combined with low tare weight.
The measurement and testing of these parameters are defined in specific procedures and standards. Among these are detailed instructions and requirements regarding tests on how much pressure plastic pallets and containers can withstand. “Our load carriers are designed to deliver highest performance in a variety of applications, to be exceptionally durable, maintenance-free and reliable in daily handling”, Daniel Altenseuer adds.
“In summary, we are pleased that our experience with the FORM+TEST system together with the comprehensive support and professional planning before and during project realisation has met all our requirements and expectations to the fullest”, Daniel Altenseuer confirms. “
