In response to the increasing degree of automation in testing technology, FORM+TEST Seidner&Co. GmbH offers a comprehensive solution for the rational testing of concrete specimens. This is offered in 2 automation levels by means of a measuring and weighing station. This gives the testing laboratory a solution for the future that scores points in terms of cost-effectiveness.
Especially laboratories with a high number of test specimens are relieved here. The simple handling and improved ergonomics relieve the strain on employees and enable higher efficiency and productivity. You give the building material tester freedom for other tasks and increase the reproducibility of the test results.
The standard tests according to EN 12390-3, EN 12504-1 and EN 206 can be carried out with all individual steps from the acquisition, measurement and testing of the building material,
weight determination to the strength determination can be implemented automatically. At the end, the test data is stored in the database of the PROTEUS MT test software or in the central laboratory program.
FORM+TEST's experience in the development and design of conventional measuring and weighing stations has been incorporated into this compact new product. A pressure test frame of the ALPHA 2 series with high test loads between 2000-6000 kN in combination with the most sophisticated measuring technology forms the basis for this. The tests are controlled via the user interface of the "PROTEUS MT" test software.
The new measuring and weighing station can also be retrofitted at any time with an existing pressure test frame for concrete testing.
This is an interesting variant with regard to a future-proof modernization.
