Quality Control of Drainage Systems

ACO relies on customer-specific solutions from FORM+TEST for the control
of these standards at covers and supports for traffic areas acc. to DIN
EN 124 . In close collaboration a test system was designed for a
location in Great Britain. This machine was adapted to ACO’s increased
quality requirements and their extremely wide test spectrum. The
compression test machine is provided with additional options to allow an
efficient, user-friendly and very precise testing procedure. A
hydraulically moveable transport device, the automated changing system
for devices as well as the universal test software “Proteus MT” are
examples for it. For the safety of the test personnel the machine is
provided with a modified safety device. After a successful installation,
commissioning, training and DAkkS-calibration the test machine could be
left to the customer.
